The supplier should have advanced knowledge of Drupal, PHP and MySQL. The supplier should make use of the large amount of already existing components to create a professional looking and user friendly module.
We want to use an agile approach with iterative delivery. Several milestones with working prototypes. We also need frequent status updates and close contact with the supplier (preferably using messenger).
