Want someone to migrate a simple Litecommerce v2 based online bookshop to the Drupal CMS based Litecommerce v3 with all same modules working. Current implementation is very close to vanilla with some very simple changes to standard template to provide a little bit of branding. Current site also has a poorly used WordPress based blog not properly integrated with the shop. Would like to change this part to use Drupal based blog that is better integrated and very easy for owner to update including blog updates by email (currently use posterous autopost feature to a s belf hosted WordPress blog). Overall SEO is currently poor as is approach to updating product information (done manually using standard Litecommerce entry forms).
Customers currently provide credit card info for offline processing (confidential info is held in encrypted store). Site has an ssl certificate.
Hosting space and required basic environment (appropriate versions of php and mysql) will be provided with ftp access.

The site is a one man business that is a UK based Specialist Book Supplier of books on mining, speleology, industrial history, caving, walking, travel and the outdoors.
The owner knows a lot about the books but very little about technology.
This project is posted by the owner's brother, a senior management consultant and senior project manager for large scale complex system integration work and is employed by one of the largest companies in the field. This project is posted in one of two accounts held by the poster, this account is for small personal and family related projects, the other more active account is used for servicing a range of small businesses that the poster has an investment interest in. The poster is also an advisor to a range on online businesses.
Please keep in mind the site rules when responding regarding the requirement that communications be conducted on this system and it is against the rules to share contact information.
Higher value bids will be considered for higher value propositions to develop the site capabilities. We are also happy to consider moving away from Litecommerce providing we lose no capabilities and the product information and hierarchy is consistent and uses an open source, well respected and highly regarded solution.
Respondents should be specific in covering their Drupal and Litecommerce (and alternatives, if proposed) experience.
Note: Please clarify PCI compliance in responses - the site needs to store credit card information for offline processing and must meet the industry standard compliance requirements credit/bank card companies.
PLEASE STOP PROVIDING CONTACT DETAILS IN RESPONSES - THIS IS AGAINST SITE POLICY and does not bode well for a trusting business relationship.
