337466 E-commerce Telecom site

Hello, I decided to re-post this project now as "featured" as I did not have interesting bids Images : [login to view URL] xhtml : [login to view URL] Project : It is a service that offers telecom services to users. The website will require user to subscribe, pay and then use their credit to call people abroad. I only need you to make the website, all the telecom part is on another server and I will send you precise mysql commands to get information from this server. You can see the screen capture of the design on : and the xhtml on : appelsgratos2 : Admin will be able to add/edit/remove destination and prices (3 prices per destination) from administration panel. The countries will be listed in alphabetical order. INSCRIPTION : This is the login and registration (step1) page. User can login using the header or when he is trying to access a page that requires to be loggued (Mon compte => My acount, Recharger => Add credit, Détails des Appels => Call history) We will ask Phone number (starts by 0 with 9 other digits), password (6 caracters min) and email. "Numéro de Parrain" is inactif now and "J'accepte les conditions..." must be checked else javascript error. On the right, user can login using either his phone number (he can have more than one, we will see this later, or his email address) INSCRIPTION_ETAPE2 : This is subscription page number 2. We will repeat user telephone and email. The rest is only text fieds. Only one country is available now : France. INSCRIPTION_CONFIRMATION : A summary of what was setup earlier. We just ask customer to confirm. RECHARGER : As you see, the user is now loggued. On the top right, we say bienvenue (welcome) First-name and we show howmany credit user has left is account (mysql command will be given to get this info) The user will then choose how much he wants to buy or recharge. When user check a box, the font of the price "10€" changes in bigger/bold orange. The user can pay by 2 means : Credit card (not paypal like on design) or wire transfer. For credit card, I will setup myself the system. I will just tell you the return url where the bank tells you if payment is accepted or not. You will then send the credit to the voip server using a given mysql command. On the right of the page, I retake the amount that is chosen on the left (10€ in our exemple) and for any destination will tell you how many minutes you can call. (It is very simple math, divid price/min by credit). If user made a search on homepage for country like USA (for this exemple), I would like you to remember this choice is the session and show again this destination on this page by default. When buying by credit card and When buying for the 1st time, customer is limited to 30 EUR. Even if customer buys 30 EUR of credit we will only give him 5 EUR. We will wait that our customer service checks if info is ok and then accept to validate the rest of the credit. DETAILS_APPELS : This is the call details. You will be able to retrieve all the data from telecom server with mysql command that will be given to you. I just want you to sort it out per month (see toptright scroll-down). You will show date and time/Type of call/from what number/price per min/time spent/total price. The "Plainte" button is in case user had a problem with access. He can send us a note. See next page. PLAINTE : Plainte is a page where user can complain about a specific call. In the admin, I will have a menu with all the complains. MONCOMPTE : This page is the account summary page. User can change his email address (please use a lightbox to edit this data) User can change or add or remove phone number he wants to use the system from. User will be able to add up to 10 lines. (lightbox) User can change his password (lightbox) User can edit his data on the right. Please keep in mind that all the changes (phone number and full data) must be loggued. I will detail this later in admin. Admin panel : 1. User accounts : I would like to see the list of all users. I should be able to search them by : One of their phone numbers Their email address I should see 4 columns : Email address Phone numbers (all of them) Credit left Subscription date and two buttons : -edit -delete When clicking on edit, I should see the customer details : - email address - password - Phone numbers - Credits (with the possibility to add/remove credit manually => MySQL Command given for updating on voip server) - Full name and address - Admin comments (private comments that admin can write) - Online/offline (meaning is he allow to login (so we can de-activate a user to login to the site)) - Allow to recharge x per week : 10 EUR, 20 EUR, 30 EUR... to 100 EUR On the edit page, I should see a link that opens a popup with all the changes done by the customer (changed email? phone? address? name?) and the date of the change. 2. Page "Plainte" where i can see all the plaints of the customer (data and time of the complaint, detail of the call etc..) I can validate them (meaning that I have treated the problem) by sending an email to the customer manually. If plaint is not treated, font will be red, else font is black. 3. Payments page. This page will list all the payments done on the site by credit card (even if refused) or by wire transfer. It will be a table with 7 columns : - Order id - Main number of user with link to his profile (see User accounts page) - Date of purchase - Amount of purchase - Mean of purchase (credit card or wire) - State of payment (approved/processing/declined) - Last column will be either a approve/refuse order (in case of wire transfer) or the details (log) of the credit card approval. 4. Price page. For each country, there is are 3 prices. Bronze, silver, gold. I should be able to edit the price for each. I should be able to add/remove/edit country list 5. 5 EUR WAIT PAGE On this page, you will list the customer that tried to recharge for more than 5 EUR the first time, but only got 5 EUR of credit and is waiting for approval from admin. You will have 4 columns : - Email address => Link to edit profile - Amount recharged => Link to payment page in admin - Date and time. - Approve button On the top will be the waiting approval in font red. once approved, they will be in black font. EMAILS : I want emails to be sent automatically : 1. When subscribing (welcome email) 2. When payment is approved with PDF in attachement for invoice 3. When user wants to pay by wire transfer (instructions) 4. When admin approved payment by wire transfer as received (with PDF attached with invoice)
