I need a data base web site ( designing and programing ) with **_Asp and MS Access_** for a classified add and biding options. user can register but can't post add with out approvel, and there are five levels for user. 1- free --can add in listing. 2- paid1- can add in listing with bold and high lighted. 3- paid2- can add there image with text 4- paid3 - can put banner . 5- paid 5 - can make there own catalog( subdomain) free user can't see address of sellers paid user also has limits on point bases. There should must be a Good Admin Control panel with all functions.
