Conduct Contract negotiations via website/email with each communication being recorded in an access database. The final agreed to terms to be displayed via webpage (logon and password protected) with a checkbox signature (I agree to these terms) and then recorded in the database. I will enter the name, email address, address (contact information of the correspondent I am negotiating with) - The same information for myself - the initial terms proposal - into a webbased form and the process will be initiated. Each Communication Form similar to following Date (Sent From) Party1 Name Party1 Company Party1 email, Phone, Fax, address, City, State, Zip Message Terms (Sent To) Party2 Name Party2 Company Party2 email, Phone, Fax, address, City, State, Zip Preferably ASP driven although I will listen to any intelligent explanation as to why JS is sufficient (If it Is). I am reasonably competent technically, (I can read 80% of the code and have the manuals to find the rest) probably capable of doing this but not without a major migraine, cirrhossis of the liver and severe dementia - probably would take 5 - 10 times as long as someone who knows what they're doing is my guess. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
