**Database for Existing Horoscopes** Primary source is a Filemaker database with about 6000 records. **Automatic Input Function** Ongoing data source is email or html page. Can be consistently prepared. Original document will parse into 13 or so records about two to six times a week. The device can be on an email list and update the horoscope on its own behind the scenes. Admin panel needs to import manually, allow edit and delete, and have an input panel that can do anything. The front end is a searchable database so people can find horoscopes of antiquity. There will be about five fields: = Sign = Date = Type = Source URL = TXT = NOTES. These do not exist. One field would accompany each horoscope record. In most cases, it would be left blank. These would be added individually via the admin panel. **Search Function** Database will be searchable by any of the above parameters so that a typical search would be: Aries + March + 2000 ? ? ? or Taurus + Weekly + 2003 ? ? ? or Virgo November 28, 1999 It would need to handle incorrect dates and give the nearest hits, such that if the person asked for a nonexistent date it would find the two or three nearest, including the monthly as a default. Searches might also include word string in text. So basically all the options on the search, just like FileMaker database works, maybe a little more basic.
