Expert PHP/MySQL/AJAX Coder Wanted

We are looking for a temporary part time expert PHP/MySQL/AJAX coder that may turn into a full time position if needed. Qualifications * Advanced programmer with clear, well commented, and optimized code. * Designers must be able to look at your code and know exactly what each function does * Fluent spoken/written English required. * 4+ years PHP experience with advanced skills * 4+ years MySQL experience with advanced skills. * 3+ years Javascript * 1+ years AJAX experience. * 2+ years XHTML/CSS coding experience for tableless layouts * Solid references with portfolio of previous work showing mastery in all languages mentioned above Job Description * MUST be very organized and provide us with a daily to-do list * You will be developing a very advanced website that integrates all those technologies. * Part time commitment to our company (6 hours per day, 5 days per week). * Must be reliable, trust-worthy and have a high level of integrity. * Must be available at all times during your shift on AIM ([login to view URL]) or Google Talk ([login to view URL]) * Twice daily updates and communication required. * We prefer working hours that lie between 9am - 9pm PST. * Must be fast, able to multi-task and work independently. * Paid bi-monthly or monthly. * You will not work with adult material or illegal content. * MUST be able to meet deadlines Compensation is flexible depending on level of expertise and portfolio quality ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
