•I am a small jobs recruiter in Japan looking to put up a searchable database on the web that will allow for both my client companies as well as people looking for jobs to see what jobs I have available at any given time
•A friend of mine put together a database for me as a favor at the following address ( <[url removed, login to view]~janos/professionals-japan/[url removed, login to view]>). While it is functional, it’s not very good looking and a bit hard to navigate and lacks some of the features that I need it to have.
•For those that are interested in bidding on this project, please note that I also have the database and the program source code for accessing the db. You are free to use those, or start from scratch if you like. Whichever is easiest and produces what I am looking for. I will attach those files too so that you can look at them to figure out how to bid.
•Please see attached powerpoint for more details. The first page has general instructions
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
