Joomla web site conversion

We are seeking proposals for the conversion of our current web site ([url removed, login to view]) to a template-driven CMS format like Joomla. While we prefer Joomla, we will consider other CMS tools. Decision will be based on design, cost and expertise so it’s important that you include a list of sites you have built. Bidders should be able to demonstrate successful previous html - Joomla migrations and references should be contactable by email please. The conversion must include: •Development of templates so that we can easily add or remove products from the site as well as home page content oBoth admin and guest privileges must be set up as we will allow third parties to add content. Content by guests must have admin approval before going live. •Development and knowledge transfer of making forms for the site •Integration of email subscription form with Feedburner so that subscribers can be notified automatically when products have been added to the site •At least 3 months of email support after the new site goes live •Email or telephone discussion before project begins to determine modifications to the site architecture (categories, modules, etc.) •Latest SEO strategies must be employed. Bidder should provide examples of previous SEO work •Search functionality

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
