Key Management software needed for games.

I need someone to develop a key management software or batch file to do the following: I have about 50 different games loaded in approximately 100 pc's but I cannot afford to buy one license per game per pc. As you might know the serial number or key is stored somewhere in the registry or sometimes in an .mpq file in the computer. I need this software to remove the key from the registry and plug in a new one as the user clicks to run the game. Also the trick is to have a database or bank where these numbers are stored and have them flagged while they are in use and make them available as the user closes the game.
