Mobile Content provisioning and integrating billing

Consumer facing mobile brand, Groove Gaming sells games, ringtones and wallpapers to most java enabled handsets via IVR/PSMS and Bango. Visit [url removed, login to view] (web and wap). Every end user who buys content from either our web/wap site gets an instant win scratch that is a java application to download to their mobile to play to win prizes instantly. We are currently hosting games on our servers and taking the wallpapers and ringtones from third parties who host them and provide them to us via an xml feed. We are having problems in the following areas: - the subscription model is not working smoothly - need help making sure that it is as simple as possible for end users to subscribe. At the moment end users can sign up for the subscription by sending a text to their mobile that allows them to then subscribe by exiting the text and sending a new text to a short code. I need end users to subscribe by replying to the text offering them the subscription directly - see here for a clearer idea [url removed, login to view] of how it currently works - content - games, wallpapers and ringtones - is not being provisioned successfully. Many end users are paying for their content yet cannot download it to their mobiles. Experience dealing with jad and jar files and taking content off 3rd party servers via an xml feed and making sure it can be downloaded across multiple handsets SUCCESSFULLY required- scratch card not working correctly. A 3rd party has developed it for us and it needs to be integrated so that it is automatically sent to all end users who buy any content from us via our web or wap sites. The successful coder needs to communicate with the 3rd party to make sure that this gets working asap and that end users can successfully send a text within the java application (allowing end users to send it for free to a friend) enabling us to offer viral promotion!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

All games java. Will provide info on delivery platform, servers etc as required.
