File attachment revised. Included a PPT file. Please review for better understanding of this project. I do not think this project is very complex, but some coders from another site are trying to convince me it is. This is not a CMS/blog/web portal project, but involves simple data input, formatting and presenting of data in specific views, and some data manipulation. We would be doing this project in Excel if we did not desire to have it online. A few macros is all we'd need for it. Please be sure you understand the scope of this project, and that your bid will cover the entire amount of work involved. The end result does not have to be pretty, but it does have to be stable and work properly. Please acknowledge via PMB you understand the scope of the work, and your bid is appropriate. Please give a short breakdown of the work needed to perform this project, along with a rough time estimate. I do not want to award this project at a fixed bid price, only to have it go significantly over once the project is midway finished. Please acknowledge via PMB you received this message.
