Thesis: The idea behind Feed Vault is simple, a free place for users to upload their OPML files. Why? For safekeeping and to possibly share with other users. Construct: The tool should utilize the Big in Japan login tables. The tool should have the same look and feel as the Big in Japan tools. Frontpage should include area for quick upload ??" i.e. browse for your OPML on your harddrive and upload; it should also have a listing of recently uploaded OPMLs (assuming the users make it public): it should also have a search field that allows for searching of OPML files; it should have a link to a page of all OPML files with the ability to sort by author, date, tags and so on. Others (i.e. someone other than the owner) should be able to add tags to the OPML and rate it using the hReview [url removed, login to view] standard. Once a user has browsed their hard drive for the OPML and uploaded the user should be asked to make it public or private. If it is a new OPML the user should be asked to create all of the entries required by the system ??" i.e. title, author, date, description, tags and so on. (we will provide CSS, xhtml and wireframe)
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
