Setup open source PHP Social Networking Site (using ELGG) and Make minor modifications

I need a coder to setup a social networking site using [login to view URL] a PHP library and make minor customization to my needs... [login to view URL] is an open source social platform based around choice, flexibility and openness I. I need the social network to be built on nodes which are locations (referenced by a unique keyword like "New York" and a decimal degree notation like "52.1002, 102.1002" and address form "new york, ny 10024". Effectively this will be a mashup of social networking and geographic locations (referenced as above) where users add data, comment, discuss, and are allowed to look at maps, cartographic information and intelligence about the place. Additionally, think about more of a wiki based social network (where everyone is allowed to build intelligence about the place), where a job captain is actually a group of people, and imagery is google earth grabs (which I will provide), plus google maps, all of that plus custom images and files they upload. The node’s page will include , like igoogle, all that information out there about the place (either searched and returned in RSS) and or specific RSS feed about that location that the user adds. Plus discussion board, etc, etc. All can be customized, modernize, changed, appended, ect. I'd like to add google ads to the site as well. III. I'll provide the website, logins, etc. You'll have full access to the site to build it. I'll populate it. This is a proof of concept, just a small demonstration, and more work will come from getting this started. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
