Small PHP job

We run [login to view URL] , we need a small php job as follows . In our website , programmer can request to confirm their credit card , Tel , ... to increase confidence .. We want to increase that to include other functions . To understand what i mean visit [login to view URL] , and at the bottom of the page there are some icons. i need to add few more icons that will be attached to the freelancer profile when they bid .
