Hello all, You are bidding to create two website design templates for Q Holidays, a new travel company offering package holidays to specific regions around the world. Primary focus will be on the Caribbean region and the main purpose of the website will be to generate telephone sales leads. The project requirement is to design two website pages (templates) incorporating the attached brief for a homepage and destination page. The pages need to download quickly and incorporate CSS and minimal Flash. The templates need to work on a minimal resolution of 800 x 600. The web pages must be centred and needs to be CSS driven and having an option of making the pages fixed or relative width via the CSS file. If possible please refrain from using tables for the main layout. You will also need to create about 10 icons for facilities available(see brief). We will provide image library of photo’s and images that can be used. We will need to see that you have an experience in design and can code good html and css. Portfolio is a start but if you submit a design mock up you will be considered above people who just make a bid. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The templates need to work on Netscape 6+ (Mozilla) or higher and Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher to full specification. And needs to be “reasonably?? viewable and useable on Netscape 4.x and IE 4.
