I am looking for the design and development of an ecommerce website. Please don't bid if you can't do both the design and the development.
Professional design (I will point selected bidders to the type of look/feel I need)
SEO friendly URLs
ability to set meta tags
Sitemap compliant for google.
Integration with paypal and other payment gateway (including BPAY)
Ability for website visitor to pay for item or send a message regarding that specific item.
bility for website visitor to calculate the shipping cost per post code based on Australia Post shipping rate card (Module plug in)
Ability to have different shipping companies (Australia Post, DHL, AIr Roads, etc)
Ability to have affiliate program linked to coupon (If Affiliate is X, Coupon is Y, then every time Y is used, a pre-set discount is given for person using Y and a set amount is given to X)
Ability for Affiliate to view his accumulated account (only his).
Ability for pricing, quantity and special offers to be input/managed by:
X admin (access to all) and
2 other levels (access just to pricing, quantity and special offers)
Range of reports to show activities, bookings, payments, etc.
Installation and configuration of Post Affiliate program
blog page (can be a wordpress installation if the design conforms to the rest of the website)
Ability to "hide" certain blogs if admin / authorised user wish.
Link to SugarCRM and OpenBrave (Details to be supplied later).
Preferred to be done in virtuemart (can be osCommerce ).- The entire project cost can be escrowed. Progress payment (Up to 75%) and the rest when 100% complete, tested and working.
All rights, software, code, etc. will remain mine and none can be displayed (as a portfolio item or for any other reason), distributed, licensed, sold, etc. to others.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
