Web creation software

I want a web page creation software that does very basic stuff. I'm used to using FrontPage but there is so much of it I don't use. When you read the details of what I'm after, remember I have FrontPage in the back of my mind when I say what I want because when I make reference to something, it's Front Page based. Please see the detailed list and description of the deliverables I need. ## Deliverables I need you to create a script that will create webpages. It will be commercially available later on so it needs to look professional and either you or I will provide the graphic for it's presentation - in other words, as it loads you 'll see a picture of the product. Then when done loading, it goes to the working area. I will want it on a disc (or 2 or whatever) as well as emailed to me. I will want my copyright attached to it along with my company information. I want it to be "brain dead simple" to install and it must work with PC's using windows 98 and newer. It will need the usual stuff of FAQ's, About, etc. under the "Help" that I want to be able to fill in. So I'll need you to give me a way to do that as I discover things I need to add. If that can't be done, then I need a know a way to handle it. (Perhaps just have link that goes to a site with all that info) This must be easily navigable. Also, I need a way to make this where it will install in only one computer and if installed in another I can somewhere be notified of it and be able to disable it from my computer. This is what I want it to do: After the user opens the program, he will have 3 choices of pages he can make. He will choose from a page with one table (see picture of table 1), two tables (1 over 1 where the top table is adjustable in height and the bottom table is for text - see picture of table 2), or two tables (1 by 1 where the left table can have a picture put in it and is adjustable and the right table has area to type text - see table 3) The main table should be centered, width should be 75%, cell padding in text areas should be 4, borders of tables to have as many color choices such as FrontPage offers, the table border size should be adjustable in thickness, and table background cover will be white. There should be about a half inch space from the top of the main table to the top of the entire page. Be able to add adjustable tables within tables and be able to give the borders a color and size adjustment or make the borders not appear but while working with the borders, see a dotted line as to where the border would be if it was seen. Need to be able to change the page properties to different colors and/or use pictures as the wallpaper. (As an example, if you use FrontPage and put a picture on the page, if it's a small picture it repeats it in a table like manner if the picture is small. Needs to be like this) Be able to add text, (choose from Arial, Arial Black, Verdana, Times Roman, and Courrier or if it's easier, you can offer more choices), Change the text size from 1 to 7, be able to Bold, Italicize, and Underline, be able to highlight text with yellow, change text colors to as many color choices as Front Page. Be able to add links where you highlight the word by clicking a "create link" icon. A window pops up and you can type in a link, or you can click on a file you want and it creates a link for you. For example, if you click on "sitemap" in the root, the "create link" process will create the link of "[login to view URL]" or if the file is in a subdirectory, it will create the appropriate link such as "[login to view URL]" Be able to insert pictures within the table, adjust the size of the picture by clicking on it and dragging it's size to small or big proportionately, be able to add a border around the picture, and be able to center, or left or right justify. Be able to add horizontal lines that are adjustable in length and thickness and color. Be able to add symbols that are the "copyright", Trademark, and Registered symbols. Be able to add bullets from a choice of: numbers, check marks, and round dots. Have window where you do the work, then be able to click on a link to preview what the work will look like in a browser, and another link you can click on to see the html code and in this window you should be able to add or delete text. Then when in creating window where the webpage is being created, if I highlight text or click on a picture, a link, or whatever,...I want to be able to go to html code window to the area highlighted from the work window and vice versa. Whenever "quotes" are added in the preview window, the html code is a " and not anything else. I want the meta tags automatically inserted for keywords, description, title, rating, revisit, language, distribution, and classification. Here's an example: As you type text, add pictures, tables, etc., the program must automatically create the html code for each thing done. Thus, the program opens up and you have a first choice of 3 tables as stated above. Once you click on it, the correct html automatically appears. Then as you add pictures, text, colors, etc. as I've stated from above, the program creates the code automatically. Once done, I will need to test it and make sure it works according to how I've specified. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This needs to run on windows 98 and newer.
