Enclosed is detailed PPT describing look & feel, content, graphics, images & links for our web site as we look to replace our current ([url removed, login to view]). We are now using a CMS tool ([url removed, login to view]), but we are dependent on the provider for the creation of new templates & modules. We are looking to revamping our web site with a small budget, therefore seeking creative ways to update our site. We need detailed quotes (time/cost) for each of the following: 1. The first option involves accessing our current CMS tool (we will provide you a password to access it) and doing the following: a. Templates - Creating two new templates. b. Graphics - You will notice some obvious buttons and are open to other suggestions. c. Modules - Open to suggestions if you feel that there is a need to create new modules. d. Registration Process - Registering visitors downloading our application. e. Images - Open to suggestions. f. Screen shots - We will include many screen shots throughout the site. g. Other advice - We are considering to add a blog, user-forums etc. over time to make site more community oriented. Open to suggestions. 2. Another option is to drop our CMS vendor and start using a new one based on your suggestions. Here we require: a. An open source, solid and proven CMS tool that you have experience using. b. We will have access anytime to do changes to our pages and are not dependent on anyone to do. c. Suggested turn-key offer that will encompass also the hosting of the site. For this we will need a quote on the rates and specifications of the hosting facility. d. This option will require creating the site from scratch. With this in mind and the requirements listed in the enclosed slides, please give us a detailed proposal of costs, time and on how you will go about this process.
