Seeking a developer to design a project for me

A pay-per-view non adult/adult professional live webcam chat site with streaming video, a complete user login system, ecommerce support, phone billing support, accounting records, full featured admin panel back-office reporting and some additional features.

# advanced admin panel with membership prices, bundle prices, block ips, news letter to build a good mailing list, add and delete and edit videos and pictures and descriptions in members area and in updates area,

# a good module for advertisment or google ads

# site will have preview videos clips

# site will have an advanced preview tour to entice users to join

# site will have 2257 compliance statement

# site will be integrated with the payment gateway merchant account and have link to merchant accounts site

- Flash

- FMS or Red 5 considered (fms prefered)

I dont mind if the code uses some ready made script.

Due to having already been scammed by a so called provider named Brandon Denshaw Washington I'll only accept rated providers and will pay 50% after demo is completed and tested online, and the rest once project is complete. Be assured, if project goes accordingly payment will go accordingly too.

If you can do it on a DotNetNuke system with ASP.NET on windows server and sql server 2005 that an advantage, but other solutions will be looked at as well.
