Website Creation - Real Estate Site

The winning bidder will build one (1) site using the templates from my other sites. See [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] for examples of two of my other sites. The coder will simply copy the EXACT layout of the existing site and then research and publish city and community information pertinent to each city. The city for this website will be: Nashville, TN The url will be: [[login to view URL]][3] This will require some time as the coder must find city information for all the neighborhoods, communities and counties that surround each region. For example in Nashvile, I have found the folowing counties: Cheatham County Dickson County (Area 15) Marshall County (Area 18) Maury County (Area 16) Montgomery Co. (Areas 71-77) Robertson County (Area 14) Rutherford County (Areas 21-32) Sumner County (Area 9) Williamson County (Area 10) Wilson County (Area 11) In EVERY ONE of the counties above, the coder will need to research the largest cities and create pages similar to the ones on my previous sites. All city, county and neighborhood pages should be comprehensive and follow the requirements EXACTLY. The winning bidder will receive a list of instructions from me which detail the structure of the meta tags, the text (copy) on the page as well as image naming requirements, etc. The content for the site should come from the public domain, additional instructions are provided to the winning bidder. The winning bidder will be given the URL and ftp / frontpage access to the site. The coder should store all of his / her work on the server, so I can view the progress and alert the coder if changes need to be made. References available upon request. I would like the site completed in 7-10 days. My experience has shown that it will take 25-50 hours to fully research and publish the new site. This project involves NO coding, NO graphic designand very little HTML authoring outside of manipulating tables, fonts, and copy. If the coder completes the job successfully, they will have the opportunity to be a long term partner and can work with me to produce similar site in other cities. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional websites that meet the structure specifications in a document to be supplied to the winning bidder as largely outlined in the preceding section. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Platform independent. Coder will simply be writing HTML. All javascript menus and code will be supplied to the coder by me!
