Check out my site first so this following information makes sense. You only need to take a look at it for a few seconds.

I want to have a design application where users can build their own "bouncing truck". Where they can choose make, then year, then model, then color. Then that can start adding all the different accessories which would be broken down into categories. And each piece would have a specific property of being over top this piece or always in the back. And some pieces would need to be able to moved around with arrow buttons or something. So a pretty complex build your own "bouncing truck" then when all is said and done. It would need to be animated. Which would just be taking everything and saving it, then taking everything except for tires & axles and moving it all down 1 frame and saving it then moving it all down another frame and saving it. Then compiling it all together into an animated gif file that the end user can save. So when all is said and done the end product should look like what I have on the website now but they user was able to design their own.
Thus eliminating hundreds of requests that need to be filled manually by myself.
I also would like if the app could pull in each graphic piece from a specific folder from it's own category and add them all to the list in the app. Basically I want to be able to continually add more and more pieces and parts to the designer without having to re-program the main application each time.
