ok folks im looking for some one to make me a designer for creating custom numberplates and car/bike plates
general basics would be
1 plate size selection
2 add reg number
3 add extras like badge border background ghosting
4 must have a online preive veiw in real time
5 a check out process
6 email me the designed picture and details of the plate designed by the cutomer

and if u dont no what a number plate car plate is dont apply as its really no use u makeing something when u dont understand what it is ur makeing for
if ur not sure then i need all the the options ect that the one in the link has
and it must work and be allowed on ebay as they dont allow some scripts ect
