Flash Event Publisher

| **Description:**

I would like to post events through a web user/pass administration page on my server. the events i post would then be formatted and published on my website through an .swf file

this is for a band site so the fields needed would be:

**Name of event

**

**location**

**date**

**time

web url

other notes

...

**The fields- name of event,location, web url, and phone number

would be added to a data base so if that event was needed to be added again it could be called from a drop menu and those fields would be automatically added.

The events would be posted in order the nearest date posted at top of [url removed, login to view] events would automatically be removed from page.

past events would still be held in data base and posted to a list of past events .swf

**Web** field would post as a link

fonts, colors, etc aren't important, as I would be able to modify through either the .fla file or [url removed, login to view] or .php scipt(whatever is used,respectively)

PS. I Like this layout for the page. <[url removed, login to view]>

however past events are not saved on this scipt. as well as the administation page not holding past venue info, and as I mentioned earlier this script needs to work within a flash file. |

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
