155007 Freelance Programming

Our company is looking for a freelance programmer that can be available to us through scriptlance for various projects. We need someone who can be quick about getting to project requests and get those projects finished on time and on budget. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record with clients so good feedback is a must. Most of our work is Joomla based component creation or modification (PHP, Ajax, mysql, etc) as well as in depth Flash Actionscript programming. This does not have to be one person so if you are a pro at one or the other we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who can give us a flat hourly rate to work with us on a regular basis and quote us hours per project at that rate. Your bid on this project should be your offered flat hourly rate. We are looking for a competitive rate but in return can provide a regular stream of work.
