487009 Need New Look for 3 Home Pages

Hello All, Last programmer that I selected for this project disappeared so I have to re-post. I am wanting to change the look to 3 of my home pages. I've attached an image for each on how I would like them to each look. These are for only the index/home page. This does not have to be in wordpress. Please let me know how you will be coding. My url of websites are the attachment names. If you go here: [login to view URL] you see the girl on the left? i want you to crop an image of me and place it on all my websites as it's shown there. Once again, it doesn't have to be wordpress. I want the total length of my body to be like that. I will also want my logo on the top of the page that will replace the flash header for each. There are also a couple other items on the pictures that i want moved around. I will provide you with my picture and logo after I select you. thanks for bidding!!
