Need website, database and some flash As3 for new app

We have a working Flash based app written in As3. We're looking to have a new website built to promote, sell membership, user interface and so on for this application. We will require a database for the app and website to access registered user info. There is also a need for some additions to the features of the Flash app itself so it would be great to find someone who can handle everything. There's a chance we could potentially outsource the Flash component if necessary.

We believe some PHP will also be needed for the specific, single file generation needed to be generated from the website for use by the app and this can be explained in further detail.
