To whom it may concern I have recently decided to develop a website with a company in India and was promised a system in 2 weeks. It has now been 1 1/2 months with about 30% development complete and no response to my e-mails. I have paid this company over $100 and they are taking there time to get back to me. I am late on a deadline and need this site to be up and running in less than 2 weeks Could you assist and at what price and timeline. It has additional features like classifieds(free), news, downloads,commercial advertisements,articles, Polls,etc.I would like to have alot of control over the site especially the homepage portals. I have a picture of a completed homepage design and the previous company was actually completed with the article manager, poll manager, and news section of the site as well as the ability to update my contact details and about us sections. However, I am unsure as to whether I will now manage to get hold of this code due to the disagreement I do not mind if you re-use code of other applications for different modules of this system.
