482783 New Website (Some Flash)

I want to create the attached site. Please review the website and images that I've attached. Then let me know what your price would be to create it and make it unique. I want to use the example site as the foundation but need to ensure that the website is 100% unique and will not have any copyright issues. So no duplicate images, content, etc.. The site will need to pass all duplicate test's before the project is finalized. Thanks.
