$20 per page/$12 per script installation assignment -- designer/programmer wanted

Client needs 15-20 page web site designed and is offering $20 per page, in addition, client is offering $12 per installed script (approximately 15). Client already has concept in mind for layout and would like to be directly involved on a daily basis in the creation of the website.

Offers above this will not be accepted. Client is also offering $15 per hour maintenance contract to go along with this project and estimates about 20 hours worth of work per month on the site.

Must be an extremely fast designer/programmer and able to work directly on the clients server.
