Simple Board Game

Simple Board Game..... I need a board game created preferralby in php and mysql only..but if need of flash or other technique is required to make the project better, is also acceptable as long as all code is well organized and commented. I would like a board game that has a piece(pawn) preferrably but not limited to a 3-d figure, with the option of choosing up to 5 different pieces. I would like a track circle or a straight line that this piece is moved around based on input from the user. I would like the user to be able to change to color of this ovular circle and also be able to change the background of the screen, by uploading a .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp. Every time a percentage is inputed by the user, I would like to see the corresponding piece appear in that percentage away from the finish line. There is only one possible piece and user per game allowed on the board. There can be several games going on at once, so I would like the ability to replicate this game as many times as I need to for each user. I attatched a quick sketch of something similar to what I was looking for, I would like it to look a lot better than what I have provided. Please provide me with a picture of something that you had in mind, I will not accept any bids, without having see what you could come up with. Upon my acceptance of this bid, I would need ongoing help and support on this project that we will work on together, and I will post a private auction just for the company/individual who is awarded this original project.
