69062 Simple Design

We own [login to view URL] as well as have purchased the full rights for the ppc search engine script running on it. The only site like it to my knowledge is the one in which is owned by the developer and is [login to view URL] We would simply like a very simple main page logo/design like they have as well as the other 4 or 5 pages they have all of which are the same header and footer that are quite simple. I say 4 or 5 pages as we will want the signup page to be slightly different than the rest of our pages as well as when you do a search there is a small top frame and bottom frame design that keeps them on the site unless they break out of frames and that will need to be included. Basically where you go through [login to view URL] and see something that says "graphic goes here etc is what we will need as the script did not include any type of design. If a fast loading flash version at a reasonable rate could be designed for the design part of the pages it would be preferred. The color scheme we would like to be purple and gold.
