Simple universal match maker site

A simple match maker site that can be used globally. The home page is very similiar to [url removed, login to view] with options for user to select based on ethinicity, country of origin, posal code, and distance. Other pages are typical. It will have its own match making system and a few communication tools. The site must contain Admin panel, Payment gateways, and Subscription renewals. Except home page, all others will have both banner space and link exchanges. Ownership of the script shall belong to the site and reuse of part or complete script is totally prohibited. The entire site must be copy protected.
