Video Searcher - Youtube and others

I want a clone of VideoRonk.com.

This lets the user search for a video on youtube,goolevideo and other websites.

1)It should search at least 5 major services

2)It should let the user Watch the video on the site and

It should also let user download the video(flv format or whatever appropiate)

3)I also want capability to store these internal link(link to play on mysite) to be stored in the database based on diffrent categories ie Movie, Music video, scene, humar, comic, misc...and so on.
