Video Site + Application

This is a 2-part project. Part 1 is a flash video site (think YouTube lite). I don't care if you start with a preexisting script, but it will have to be scalable and customized to match the templates I provide exactly. - Videos will use JW Player. - Site must be fully viewable on iphones and mobile devices (may need HTML5). - Must allow for direct uploading of .flv files (not just encoding to them). Part 2 is a windows application. This app must act like a browser plugin and be compatible with IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. It needs to basically function as an FLV ripper, allowing downloading of .flv files from sites such as YouTube. After downloading the .flv file, the second function of the app will be to automatically upload the videos to your website account, deleting them from your hard drive afterwards. It should do all this in one step. Max budget for this project is $800. $300 payable upon completion of the site. $300 upon completion of the application. $200 upon final delivery and successful testing of both. DO NOT BID on this project unless you are capable of delivering both the website and the application.
