This project involves designing an html/flash website for a youth friendly market. The site will be a informational/interactive site with forums, online registrations, data collection and small e-commerce. The size of the site will be approx 25 pages. The end user should be able to edit and change aspects of the site weekly and upload new pages.

**Functionality**??" Should be user friendly. Must be able to collect funds thorugh paypal, retireve registration information. Also should be able to change aspects of the site (example: changing the "Coach of the Month" or "weekly tips"· Collect contact us information and send directly to administration email. Have site forums. important pages should have flash components, short flash intro before entering site with music overlay approx 10 seconds
**Assumptions**??" Set up email accounts for all users and have administration capabilities. All pages have a professional and constant feel. Create a video for front page with music. Add music or voice overs to certain pages. I would like to add pages if need to without difficulty. Site must be administration user friendly. **Additional References** ??" 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
