Web Redesign, with OSCommerce and Online Appointment Scheduling

We are in need of an overhaul of a website that will be hosted on our Linux server. Some important additions to the site will include the skinning (theme?) of an OSCommerce storefront/shopping cart to match the rest of the site, as well as an interactive calendar for online appointment scheduling. We would like some minor Flash work added to the masthead graphics. Otherwise, the site just needs a new design based on a few of the current site's features. Full details will be provided to the winning bidder. The site should be written with W3C standards-compliant CSS, and the new design should reflect high-technology, evoke a high-energy mood and generate excitement.
