Create A Price Comparison Table

I'm not entirely sure what skills someone would require for this project. The best thing to do is to give an example.
I require a comparison table to be created similar to this one: [url removed, login to view]
However, it will be slightly different in the way it's set up.
We will have 6 phones that we compare. And about 4-5 deals for each.
There needs to be an easy way to show these deals in a nice attractive table.
I will be replicating this table on 3-4 sites, and each site is based on Wordpress platform, self-hosted.
