495014 Custom Webpage 2

I am looking to work with a programmer to design a php page for me. The php page consists of: 1) scraper in php (to be written in into a mySQL database). The scraper will extract a full dataset at the beginning and should be capable of just adding only the changes when it is run (via a cron job) 2) webpage in php (to display the results as attached in the pdf). The display website will calculate results based on the data extracted from the scraper and display the results with the conditions that if the amount is positive, the font is green and an upward arrow is displayed and if the result is negative the result is in Red, with a minus and an icon with a red down arrow is displayed You will work in your own database and website, you will send me a SQL script to set up the database and the php files. I will NOT be providing any FTP details so please be sure you are comfortable with this. I am expecting a bit of creativity.
