Hello- I am looking for an experienced mobile application development team/person to design a cutting edge entertainment mobile app that focuses on VIDEO.
Below are details about the app:
Need client apps that run on each of those platforms that provide an attractive interface for downloading and/or streaming browsable video content.
Need a server side content management system.
‐ It all has to potentially integrate with some account system hosted by another provider.

The Application Objective
The focus of the ap is to provide access to a network of
entertainment programming similar to the sprint TV
network. It will house webisodes 3‐5 min as well as full
episodes, which will feature a series of webisodes the
same length. The other feature, if possible, would be sort
of a pay per view approach for streaming live content.
The concept is to broadcast live performances and
interviews from various locations that the customer
would pay a one‐time fee to enable them to watch. This
would live on their phone until they desire to delete. One
question is the size of the Eile that could be stored or is it
more practical to just offer the stream and house the
footage on a cloud server to access when they would like
to view again. Or abandon the idea totally.
The User Experience
The user should be able to become inspired by the marketing of the application to
seek the appropriate download, purchase and install into his or her phone. When the
user downloads it should go into the media browser and display the mobile
entertainment icon. Upon clicking the icon, the user will gain access to a menu of
programming which will include the my mobile entertainment TV intro and/or
promo piece and a list of programming categories:
Menu Bar should function to list programming categories
and upon selecting a category should take you to a page
with speciEic programming webisodes

‐All Channels‐featured programming
‐Live‐the ability to present live streaming programming
‐Once clicked through to All Channels or Live, the consumer should be able
to choose his or hers favorite programming for webisodes ranging up to 5
min or full episodes which will be a series of episodes ranging up to 5 min
per webisode. The Live streaming if possible should be able to connect to a
server like ustream for live broadcast of concerts or events. The content
should be able to be housed on the cloud server for mymobile future
airings that will be stored on the network for possibly special ppv viewing
‐Once clicked in the All channels function the menu should list
programming by category and programming title Music, TV, Video, Film,
special mmtv programming, Live for all Live streams and mmtv exclusives
for ppv and world premier event
PPV programming should work the same by once the
viewer selects to watch, an icon charging a fee will
appear for purchase. This is a one‐time purchase and the
content should remain on the owners phone until he or
she chooses to delete from his mmtv programming bar.

Administrator goes to Administrator web page and is asked for Administrator user, Name and password.
Administrator web page can be as simple as a web page with any solid color background. This page should have the logo of the
application somewhere near the top of the page and boxes where a username and password can be [url removed, login to view] logged in, the
administrator should see the categories (by genre for
Example; pop, R&B, etc.) Where new media can be uploaded. On this page the administrator should also have "+" and "‐" buttons. "+" is
for adding new categories, and "‐" for deleting categories. I don't know if this is possible, but it would be useful to have indicators
(counters/gauges/meters/etc.) that lets the administrator know:
1. How many people have viewed the end user web page
2. How many paid accounts are active
3. What categories are viewed the most (monthly/weekly)
This way the administrator knows which categories are attracting more attention.
Finally, an end user comment area should be available where the administrator can read end user comments on the application and
reply to suggestions by end
users on how to further enhance the end user UI.
Clicking on any of the category folders opens the particular folder and displays media that is available to the end user In this area also
should be "+" and "‐" buttons where the administrator can add or delete media for that particular
