it will be simply a ready script or such as a wordpress web site or a good script... it will be a money guide web site... and it has to have an admin area and also visitors area..the visitor can register and make comments after admin confirm...and the menu and all subjects must be set up by admin very easily...and the menu will be simply created by admin area and for example the menu will be like that Home - Turkey Money Guide - Banks - latest News - Contact Us - Forum ( Login ) and in that menu Turkey money guide area will have some sub menus and articles . Banks menu will have a rate and review sections for all the banks will be added to the menu.. and rating will be available by the registered users Lates News section is a simple add edit delete news area and must be control from the admin panel everything can be simple script and open source please... !
