I would like a website that helps find home bound user assistance in the Home. So we have a login portal for carers which can list the following options (paid and free service) For free they can create a profile and upload a photo and list the area they cater Carer with sub heading Bathing, Bed assistance. Medication asistance Domestic with sub headings for House cleaner, Ironing , light gardening, cooking Social Friend with sub heading Tv friend, Coffee friend, Dinning friend, Shopping friend etc etc View old invoices and Estimates but not send them. Paid version List there rates 25 Minutes, 55 Minutes, (although the booking will block out 30 minute or 1 hour slots on there calendar) 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours View clients requests Get alerts when a new client lists a new request so they get the option to chase a lead with in certain range Option to block clients Create a calender to show availability and allow clients to book them for 30 minute slots. (option of 5 , 10, 15 minute reserve gaps after each booking) They set what area they can cover with in a radius of there post code so client outside of this area can not book them directly. They need to approve client bookings. Carers can also book clients onto there calender. From the calender the carer would be able tick a box once they have been to a job so an invoice is created from the date of there hourly rate. They can also add notes to that invoice if they want to add notes for the client or the clients guardian. Invoice package Send Estimates / Invoice which links to the client with optional payment gateway. Just basic invoice software They will be able to upload a profile photo and PDF of certificates. Certificates uploaded with have an option of an expiry date so Write what experience they have and basicly try and sell there services The client registers for free and add details of what they are looking for. They will also have the option to upload a photo but is optional List all there needs (from a tick box) so it links to the carers options of available service Paid services Option to block carers Be able to send internal message to carers option to leave feed back about the carer after every attended booking Book a carer providing they fit the carers criteria (The carer will need to approve the booking) must book/cancel 24 hours in advance View estimates / view outstanding invoice/ pay invoices if client has enable payment gateway. I would in the future like to have a mobile app version for carers so they can work while out and about from there smart phone. From that app they can confirm they have been to a job then send an email to the client if the client ticks a box to receive these updates (More so for the clients guardians) by email. View next job and click to load satnav to clients address. Click arrived when they have arrived at clients house. Click leave clients house so the dates and times are logged on the invoice. This will automaticly send the invoice to the client on a per visit basis. Admin Pre-approve all new profiles, Job requests, Amendments. Check all files and photos uploaded Add water mark to all photos and PDF files Alter paid packages by price and how many days, be able to except paypal payments for the service. Option to suspend accounts Deleted account will stay on the system for 7 years then automatic delete after that time, with admin being the only people to reactivate account if requested.
