Need to build a custom version of the PostNuke Portal for a current customer with the following 'look-and-feel' .. See the following link
Click on the Free Themes and view the following: # 27 whitehost
This theme is meant to provide guidance as to a general 'look-and-feel' we would like to achieve. If there are configuration issues with this particular template which make it hard to work with then you don't have to use that exact template. The idea is to achieve the same generic look but do it with the least amount of work. There is an attached powerpoint file that provides the basic display of content we are looking for. The developer has very broad leeway in getting a demo portal running under the basic guidance provided in the attached files.
We are looking for creative web design help in developing a 'clean' and attractive looking theme for our Portal which we can build upon.
We would like the developer to consider how this core design theme could be readily customized for new customers by changing the customer specific logo (what you see in the top left corner of the powerpoint screen shot of the proposed layout) and the “Applications?? menu (hypertext links) and “My Links?? menu (more links), as well as “News?? (further links). These changes would be made through a simple parameter entry form that would allow modification of the elements described above.
1) A demo PostNuke portal using the look-and-feel identified in the link and the content layout identified in the attached powerpoint file in executable form as well as complete source code for all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows :
a) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. Access links to be provided.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
PostNuke environment is FreeBSD operating system, running on a mySQL database MySQL [url removed, login to view] or newer , php 4.1.0 or later, Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape browser
