Web App concept similar to "Bang with Friends" - - repost

I am looking for a flexible programmer to code a web app that should be similar to the existing concept of "Bang with Friends" (please, check it on the web). The overall structure should be very simple: - The user is invited to perform a facebook login - Through OpenGraph, his friendlist is extracted, saved in the database and used to re-prompt it together with profile pictures in a random way - The user can scroll the prompted friendlist and select a number of his friends checking their respective boxes (check boxes should communicate with database) - The system, possibly running via PHP webservices, should run a comparison between the selected friends and, for each selected friend, his relative selections previously saved in database in order to check if there is a match between the two - In case there is one or more positive matches, the system sends e-mail to the respective users to inform them about the match found. The web app can be built onto a CMS platform, as WordPress. The web app should be responsive and flexible to any smartphone screen. Main graphics (such as logo and icons) will be provided and should be integrated into the website while the development is already in progress. Before bidding, please check the existing "Bang With Friends" website so that you have a clear idea of the simplicity required.
