Project Description:

I have a Home Page design in .psd format that is ready to be used with Wordpress. I just need it Sliced and Coded properly so I can add it as a theme on Wordpress and start customizing it. I need to be able to easily add pages and edit the theme and it must be HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE. THIS IS NOT JUST A SIMPLE PSD TO HTML JOB.

I also expect the code to meet all of the following criteria listed above. If the quality of work your provide is good, I will have you code and implement 5 Subpages I will have designed in the next 1-2 weeks in a separate project.
