Securing a Web Site with Membership and Login Controls

I have a web page I designed using HTML with a doumy Login button. I would like visitors to the site that are registered with me they should be able to access different pages or other objects from my site. In order to facilitate this I would need a database to store a. User name, Password, Belongs to group, password expires b. Groups (i.e Admin, TeamMember, Client) And a way to setup what each user and or group could view or click, what page or object they should see or have access to. Once the user User with password could belong to one or more groups. Tabs and buttons and or links are only shown if user is logged in - show some examples and then I could setup more pages and more objects myself admin page to setup users and groups and object the site is now hosted on godaddy Help me setup this up at godaddy Include the word BlueMagic to make sure it is not spam
