Timing out in oscommerce website

Hi my developer launched my new oscommerce website with godaddy. It seems to work fast on my phone and for lots of other people, but it keeps timing out for me most of the time. This is annoying, even when I am in my admin panel, every page says it cant load then i refresh and it loads. it takes a 2second job about 5 minutes waiting for each new page to work. I need someone to fix this.. It does the same in chrome and ie, its not my internet because its super fast and every other site works great. I will only make payment if and when the job is fixed. I uninstalled my browsers, refreshed cache and cookies, reset internet, so thats not the problem. spoke to godaddy and they didnt say much.. would like this done asap, someone who has helped with something like this before would be ideal.
