Web Design, Development and UI - Existing Site - repost

We are looking to hire immediately and it would be for a larger website which we can divulge more info on once we deem appropriate. The person filling this position would be working alongside with a lead designer already in place, and will be following an existing design. Must have at least 5 years design experience on the web. Must be proficient in CSS and HTML at the least. Please respond with answers to the following questions and be thorough: 1) How many years experience do you have with web design (specifically design for the web, not just design in general)? more than 5 years. 2) What technologies and languages are you proficient in? PHP, SQL,HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY 3) How familiar with WordPress are you? (feel free to indicate years or number of sites you’ve designed on this platform) 2 years experience with wordpress. 4) Would you be the designer and developer handling everything or would you outsource it? The latter is not acceptable.
