wordpress WPMU plugin APPOINTMENTS+ Modification

This is a very time sensitive project that must be delivered in 5 to 7 days turnaround MAX. No extended deadlines or extensions. We offer a bonus for delivery of the project ahead of schedule, Must be 100% functioning as we asked. What we need is to modify the WPMU Appointments+ WordPress Plugin to our very specific needs in a very quick turnaround and professional manner. Please be very familiar with this plugin and WordPress before accepting the job. We need a WordPress plugin/PhP Guru Master. Screennhots and mock ups will be provided as requested. Must be able to display past projects similar to this one or completed projects for the Appointments+ plugin. We need these modifications: 1. Strip out all the extra unneeded time from the plugin's rendering of HTML. Make it as lean as you possible can. We have got it down to about 170 lines of code with our staff. Only available and full reserved time slots are to be rendered in the HTML. This must be in MONTHLY view ONLY. We want the layout that the monthly view offers. 2. Display only ONE day at a time. Currently we can do this ourselves via the admin interface, but want it permanently set to one day without making the change in the admin panel. 3. The work schedule needs to be from 3pm today to 2 am the next day and we must still be able to adjust the work schedule from the admin panel as needed. But for certain, work schedule must be 3pm to 2 am the next day. These time slots must be visible on the site and functioning. 4. Disable the submit button with a Z-index layer or some kind of "wait" option to discourage double bookings or repeat submissions from the form and a non intrusive way to ask that they wait while you make the reservation. 5. The ability to control "capacity" from the backend admin panel. Currently you need to have 5 "dummy" accounts to have the ability to book five times on the same time. We want to control it from one setting and one service provider in that same panel and control the capacity for whatever amount of service providers we add from one setting. 5a. We also would like to have a small number indicate how many slots still remain in that time slot. It would be a small (8) or whatever the remaining capacity is for that time slot. 6. Appointments+ has a reservation ID that is given to every reservation, it can be seen from the admin panel. I would like to have this reservation ID passed along to the Email that is sent to the user for confirmation. 7. We would like for the plugin to "lock out" any user that has made 2 reservations in the last 20 mins. This will allow for round trip bookings but not double booking two seats to the same location. To and from is allowed. They can cancel any of the existing reservations to make a new one but no more than two in any 20 - 30 minute period. We would like to have the option to control time limit from backend. The system already has a lock out option but only works with paid trip. We do not charge for this service. 8. We also require admin pages that are sortable and easy to load . Only name, service reserved and date need to be on the page for admin. If we could have the option to book ahead of time via this page, so admins can book as needed without waiting for the day to arrive, that would be great. Not a huge budget, so please be mindful of the bonus that is available upon early completion. We provide you with Server, Plugin, PhpAdmin and WordPress admin level access to the developmental server. We will make our decision of developer TODAY. Must be ready to get right on it.
