I am running PHP v5.2.13 (using ISAPI) on Windows 2008 server, with IIS7, MySQL 5.0, and Zend Engine v2.2.0.
I previously had a PHP (Support Desk) application running on a Windows 2003 server with PHP in IIS6 and MySQL 5, using PHP (using ISAPI, but I'm not positive of the version.) Everything was running fine on this older server.
But the older server crashed on me the other day, and I needed to move everything over to the new Windows 2008 server. This was completed 2 days ago.
Most applications are performing properly.
But, I have one application (and it uses Zend), which is a PHP application called SupportTrio by [url removed, login to view] (with 3 installations on my server) that is generating a PHP has encountered an Access Violation at xxxxxxxx error (but only when I try to do certain things in the app, like open a support ticket.)
I can log into the app without any problem. I can access certain areas without any problem. But when I try to "look at an existing ticket" or "try to do various other things" .. it gives me the error.
I'm not sure where the problem is, but I am sure it has to do with my configuration of something. I don't believe it's the script of the app, since it was working fine before.
Maybe it's my [url removed, login to view] file, maybe it's the way I have things set up in IIS7 or in MySQL 5. Just not sure.
I need someone to help me fix this issue so I don't get the violation error any more.
PHPINFO file can be found at: [url removed, login to view] (I'm hoping that this file might help you get a better understanding of where I'm at with this.)
Also note, that permissions on the application folders have all be set properly.
Can you help?
PS: I'll be able to provide FTP access to the appropriate person and also be able to show the server using TeamViewer (for a remote look at the server).
